How it all started...
Tiki Dave, founder of Five Tiki Tours, is the youngest of five boys. Ohana (family) is a big part of his life, and nowhere else on earth is ohana more important than in Hawaii. Tiki Dave has a long-time love affair with the Hawaiian Islands and French Polynesia, and invites you to come along and share some special time with his island ohana that will last a lifetime.
An avid photographer who has been published multiple times in HAWAI’I and ISLANDS magazines, Tiki Dave constantly searches for visual experiences to be captured through his lens. More rewarding than getting the “perfect” shot, however, is his desire to share these experiences with others. Perhaps his passion in what he does could not be summed up better than during one of his guided trips to French Polynesia in 2014, where one of his guests remarked, “Dave has been here many times, yet he got just as excited about what we were seeing for the very first time.” Another guest commented, “If I ever get back to Tahiti, it won’t be without Dave.”

Spirit of Adventure...
“Tiki” was born in the Marquesas Islands of French Polynesia in 2006. He represents the mana (spirit) of Five Tiki Tours.
Five Tiki Tours is led by Tiki Dave, who has been published in HAWAI’I and ISLANDS magazines. Not only are our guests given access to our large archive of images of the places you will visit, but Tiki Dave will be taking posed portraits at each tour spot. So don’t worry about getting that perfect shot. Just enjoy the view. We have you in focus.
